Nikesha Luther, CPCU, CLU, CSM, FLMI

Nikesha Luther has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nikesha started their career at State Farm® in 2005 as an Underwriter, where they were responsible for analyzing and reviewing lines of business, administering underwriting programs, and advising agents and policyholders on loss mitigation and marketing opportunities. Nikesha then held various roles at State Farm®, including Business Analyst, Underwriting Supervisor, Scrum Master, and Product Adoption Analyst.

In 2022, Nikesha joined Spinnaker Insurance Company as a Program Manager, overseeing the implementation and administration of programs. Currently, they are serving as the Program Compliance and Administration Lead.

Throughout their career, Nikesha has obtained several professional designations, including CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute), highlighting their expertise and dedication to their field.

Nikesha Luther received their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Columbia College, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Nikesha has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes, which they achieved in December 2015. Nikesha also holds the Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) certification from The American College of Financial Services. The specific date of their CLU certification is not provided.

Furthermore, Nikesha has acquired multiple certifications related to agile project management. Nikesha obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2019. Moreover, Nikesha has attained the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) certification from LOMA in December 2020.
