Bobby Endyk

Bobby Endyk has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Bobby began their career at UPS, where they worked as an HR Generalist/Recruiter and later as a Preload Supervisor, overseeing multiple routes and training employees. Bobby then transitioned to ITT Technical Institute as an Admissions Representative. After that, they joined Halliburton as a Recruiting Specialist, where they performed various recruitment and placement tasks, and later took on the role of Northern Region Recruiting Lead, working closely with company leadership to develop talent management and acquisition programs. Bobby then worked at Baker Hughes as a Hiring and Onboarding Delivery Manager. Following this, they joined TIBCO Software Inc. as a Recruiting Manager, responsible for managing recruiting activities. Currently, they serve as the Director of Recruiting at Spinnaker Support.

Bobby Endyk earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Maranatha Baptist University. Bobby attended the university from 2002 to 2006.
