Colleen Madden has extensive work experience in the software support and consulting industry. From 2016, they worked at Spinnaker Support, where they held multiple roles including Senior Solutions Architect and Manager of Application Support Services. In their most recent role as Director of Oracle Application Manager Support Services, they have been responsible for leading the support services for Oracle enterprise applications. Prior to their time at Spinnaker Support, Colleen worked at Hitachi Consulting as a Director for nearly two decades.
Colleen Madden has a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Colleen also holds a Certificate in Purchasing & Materials Management from Northeastern University and an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Rivier University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2017, and they are currently in the process of recertifying their PMP through the Project Management Institute.
