Darren Hopkins

Darren Hopkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global support and technical project management, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Support Services at Spinnaker Support since October 2016. Previously, Darren held multiple roles at British American Tobacco, including Project Delivery Manager and Solution Design Manager, where contributions included a significant Siebel upgrade project and the design of an inventory system that yielded substantial cost savings. Additional experience encompasses senior consulting roles at Triumph Consultancy Services and Praesto Consulting, focusing on clinical trials and Siebel implementations, respectively. As an active referee for England Rugby since September 2016, Darren combines a strong foundation in information systems from the University of Cape Town with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle applications and CRM systems.
