Katja Mosher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Katja began their career at Cornerstone Consulting, Inc. in 2000, where they worked as a Project Manager, Business Development, and SAP B1 Implementation specialist. During their time there, they were responsible for designing and implementing internal organizational project management tools and processes, conducting client business analysis, and managing project teams and vendors.

In 2015, they joined Dobler Consulting as an Operations and Delivery Manager, and later became the Director of Operations and Service Delivery. In these roles, they focused on increasing revenue through contract management and customer relationship strategies, improving cash flow and invoicing practices, and reducing overhead costs through standard operating procedures implementation.

In 2017, Katja joined the TBTLA Tampa Bay Technology Leadership Association as a contributing member and later became a Board Member, President, and Advisory Board Member. Katja contributed to the association's activities and played a leadership role in promoting technology growth in the Tampa Bay area.

In 2011, they founded TEK Productions and Events, a production company specializing in hosting electronic dance music festivals and events. Katja also operated as a sound and DJ gear rental company.

Most recently, they have joined Spinnaker Support as the Director and Team Lead of Customer Success. Katja previously held the role of Director, Customer Success and successfully integrated Dobler Consulting Services' Database Managed Services business processes into Spinnaker Support.
