Paulo Costa

Paulo Costa is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on database administration and retail technology. Currently serving as a Pre-Sales specialist at Spinnaker Support since June 2021, Paulo's previous roles include Senior RetailDBA at ASOS.com and Oracle RetailDBA Team Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where significant achievements included the successful re-platforming of Oracle RMS in 2017. Experience with notable brands such as Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc and expertise in Oracle Retail systems has been complemented by earlier positions that involved Exchange administration and infrastructure management at T-Systems and Unibit, respectively. Paulo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Unitri - Centro Universitário do Triângulo and further education from Universidade do Porto.
