Taylor Gloege

Taylor Gloege has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Revenue Operations & Project Management Office at Spinnaker Support, where they have been since November 2023. Prior to this, Taylor was a Project Manager and Revenue Operations Team Lead at the same company. In this role, they established the Project Management Office, implemented Agile methodologies, and managed the Revenue Operations team.

Before joining Spinnaker Support, Taylor worked as a Project Manager at Air Methods from May 2020 to October 2021. Taylor has also held positions at Red Robin, Open Technology Solutions, Spectrum Reach, Four Winds Interactive, Comcast, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, MainNerve LLC, and Charles Schwab, showcasing their vast experience in project management.

At Red Robin, Taylor excelled as an eProject Manager, implementing various successful projects and spearheading the overhaul of a significant project. Taylor also developed a comprehensive PCI program and improved EPMO processes while mentoring colleagues. Additionally, Taylor played a crucial role in integrating a new vendor for the NOC and support desk and executed projects across different domains.

Taylor has also worked as a Contract Project Manager at Open Technology Solutions and Spectrum Reach. Earlier in their career, they held project management roles at Four Winds Interactive, Comcast, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, MainNerve LLC, and Charles Schwab.
