Tanvi Madaan

Tanvi Madaan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and technology. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Spinny since October 2025, Tanvi previously held multiple leadership positions at NoBroker.com, including Senior Director and Head of Learning and Development, from November 2020 to September 2025. Tanvi's earlier tenure at Samsung Electronics spanned from June 2013 to November 2020, where roles included Senior Software Engineer and HR Professional. Significant achievements during this period include designing a comprehensive Training Evaluation system, developing tools based on Kirkpatrick’s Model, and improving employee engagement as part of the Great Work Place Committee. Tanvi holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Jalandhar.
