Natascha Ligtenberg-Maas

Natascha Ligtenberg-Maas has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently, Natascha serves in the Human Resources department at Spinoza Lyceum Amsterdam since January 2024. Previously, from May 2019 to December 2023, Natascha worked as the Inval coördinator for Human Resource Development at Stichting Spaarnesant, responsible for managing short- and long-term replacements and overseeing the selection of educational assistants and teachers. Natascha has also held administrative positions, including supporting financial administration at Stichting Openbaar Primair Onderwijs Zuid Kennemerland, as well as significant roles in the travel industry as a travel advisor at TUI Nederland and Globe reisbureau/LMC Travel. Natascha's educational background includes a degree in Personnel Management from NCOI Opleidingen and various courses in sales and tourism.
