Chris Fitzsimmons

Chris Fitzsimmons serves as the Group Head of Internal Controls at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since July 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Head Of Internal Control at Danone from June 2017 to July 2022. Chris's professional journey began at Deloitte, where roles included Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager from September 2009 to May 2017. Chris holds an MA Cantab in Geography from the University of Cambridge (2013), an ACA in Accounting from ICAEW (2009-2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Cambridge (2006-2009), complemented by foundational education at Pates Grammar School, Cheltenham (1999-2006).
