Johanna Zahn

Johanna Zahn is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in reporting and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of External Reporting at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since July 2023, Johanna previously held the position of Group Reporting Manager at Avon Protection plc from June 2021 to June 2023. Prior roles include Finance Director at Assured Digital Technologies, Bristol IT Company Limited, and MDS Technologies Ltd, where expertise in IT solutions and financial management was demonstrated. Johanna also served as Finance Manager & Internal Controller at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition and as Assistant Manager in Audit & Corporate Finance at Deloitte UK. Academic qualifications include an ACA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW, a Master’s degree in Politics, Policy, and Society from the University of Bath and Universidad Carlos III, and a Bachelor's degree in Ancient History and Social Anthropology from UCL.
