Mal Patel

Mal Patel is an experienced professional in investor relations and corporate finance, currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at Spirax Group since March 2023, and as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at The Merchants Trust PLC since March 2024. Previously held the position of Global Director of Investor Relations at IWG plc, Director of Corporate Development at Rubix, and Director of Corporate Finance at Domestic & General, where significant contributions were made in the areas of cash forecasting, regulatory compliance, and managing complex exit processes.
