Mike Cardamone

Mike Cardamone is currently the HR Director for Electric Thermal Solutions in the Americas at Spirax Group. Previously, Mike has held roles as Director of Talent Management at Spirax Group, Manager of Talent Management at American Eagle Outfitters Inc., and Consulting Associate at DDI | Development Dimensions International. Mike has experience in various aspects of HR including talent management, performance management, leadership development, and organizational design. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
