Mike Cardamone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. As a Consulting Associate, they provided strategic consulting services related to talent management for global clients and facilitated leadership development programs. As a Project Manager, they supported a consulting team, led innovation projects, and developed core competency models for a global retail corporation.

Mike's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Lawrence D. Brudy & Associates, Inc. from November 2011 to December 2012, and as a Settlement Agent II at National Real Estate Information Services from August 2010 to November 2011.

Mike Cardamone holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.
