Adrienne Wells

Adrienne Wells has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to human resources, talent development, and learning and development. Adrienne has worked for companies such as Spirax Sarco, Tribridge, and the University of Florida. Adrienne's responsibilities have included managing HR operations, providing strategic guidance on staffing plans and compensation, leading talent and organizational initiatives, and developing and delivering training programs. Adrienne has also served on the board of advisors for the Darla Moore School of Business and as a member of the board of directors for WITI. Additionally, Adrienne has experience in academic advising and counseling, having worked as an assistant director and academic advisor for the University of Cincinnati and as a school-based mental health counselor at St. Aloysius.

Adrienne Wells earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Cincinnati in 2006. Adrienne then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling at the University of Cincinnati from 2006 to 2009.
