Garion Kong

Garion Kong is a seasoned professional in IT infrastructure, operations, and information security, currently serving as the Group IT Infrastructure & Operations Regional Lead (APAC)(Interim) and Information Security Manager for Spirax Group since September 2023. Previously, Garion held various leadership roles at Verisk, including Manager and Team Lead of Technical Services, where notable achievements included receiving the Verisk Way to Go award. Prior experience encompasses senior IT roles across multiple organizations, including MS Frontier Re Modeling Research Pte Ltd as Head of IT for Asia, managing IT governance and security, and KIB Insurance Brokers as Senior Systems Administrator. Garion's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Information Technology and advanced diplomas in Computer Studies and Mechanical Engineering.
