Mike Goss

Mike Goss has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Mike is currently working at Spirax Sarco as the Lead Global Portfolio Manager, a role they began in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Product Manager for Condensate Management at Spirax Sarco from January 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining Spirax Sarco, Mike worked at Spirax Sarco UK as the Regional Marketing and Business Development Manager from November 2017 to December 2018.

Prior to their time at Spirax Sarco, Mike held various roles at The Linde Group. Mike joined as a Business Development Manager, Innovation in March 2010 and later became a Global Product Manager in July 2011, where they provided strategic leadership for the global welding products portfolio. Mike was also appointed as the Global Head of Hardgoods (acting) in April 2016.

Mike's earlier work experience includes roles at Exceptional Image as a Marketing Manager from October 2009 to March 2010, at ESAB as a Global Product Manager of Gas Equipment from April 2007 to January 2009, and as a Marketing Strategist from April 2005 to April 2007.

Before ESAB, Mike worked at BOC as a Senior Business Analyst from September 2002 to April 2005, where they performed marketing entry analysis and developed growth strategies.

Mike'scareer began at American Management Systems (AMS) as an IT Consultant in January 1996. Mike later became a Project Manager from January 1999 to July 2000 and a Key Client Manager for the Marine Corps, coordinating strategic and implementation activities involving AMS' procurement software.

Mike Goss earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1995. Mike then pursued an MBA with a focus on Corporate Strategy at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they completed in 2002. In 2016, Mike obtained a certification in Product Management from Product Focus.
