Tanya Smyth is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the HR Director for Steam Specialities EMEA at Spirax Sarco since July 2023, Tanya has previously held positions such as HR Director for Global Functions at Avon and Head of HR - Global Purchasing at Jaguar Land Rover. Tanya's background includes significant roles at PepsiCo, where responsibilities encompassed leading talent acquisition and managing compensation and benefits for thousands of employees. Tanya started the career in HR at PepsiCo as an HR Officer and has also worked in roles at The Law Society of England and Wales and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
