Michelle Foss

Michelle Foss is an experienced facilities and property management professional with over 20 years in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Blaze Credit Union since February 2020, Michelle is also a Property Consultant for residential investment properties since 2018, providing expertise in leasing, management, and project execution. Previously, Michelle worked at TCF Bank as an Analyst in Strategic Sourcing & Property Development, where responsibilities included managing RFP processes and vendor negotiations. From 2011 to 2018, Michelle held multiple positions at Welltower™ Inc., culminating in the role of Real Estate Manager, overseeing a substantial portfolio of medical office properties and financial operations. Earlier experience includes a role at Brookfield Properties, assisting in the management of a major Class-A office tower and retail space. Michelle holds a B.S. in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from St. Cloud State University.
