Scott Dixon

Scott Dixon, CMgr MCMI, has a strong background in operations and management within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Chef Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland. Following that, from 2017 to 2022, they served as a Hotel Services Manager at BMI Healthcare. In 2022, they joined Circle Health Group as the Director of Operations, responsible for efficient delivery of support services and creating strategic plans. Currently, they are the Operations Director at Spire Healthcare Group plc, focusing on providing leadership and ensuring non-clinical areas meet performance targets.

Scott Dixon, CMgr MCMI, obtained a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute from 2018 to 2020. Scott also pursued a Level 5 Operations Manager degree from the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education during the same period. In 2016 to 2018, they completed a BTEC Level 4 Higher Level Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management at Instructus. Additionally, they plan to complete a Certificate in Fire Safety from NEBOSH by 2022 and already attained a National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from NEBOSH by 2021.
