Stephen Mills

Stephen Mills is a seasoned executive in the natural gas utility sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and President of Spire, Missouri, overseeing the largest natural gas utility in the state since 2017. With a strong background in employee relations and human resources management, Mills has held various leadership roles at Spire, including Vice President & General Manager for the Missouri West Region and Managing Director of Employee Relations & Inclusion. Prior experiences include significant HR positions at Monsanto and Solutia Inc. Mills holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Springfield.
