Chanchal Kumar has been in the software testing industry since 2011. chanchal began their career at siliconindia as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for testing the siliconindia website and its various sections. In 2013, they moved to CommonFloor as a QA Engineer II, where they were responsible for testing the mobile app for Android OS and Responsive Design. In 2016, they joined Media.Net (a Directi company) as a Lead Software Test Engineer, where they were responsible for testing the media.net contextual advertisement. Finally, in 2022, they joined Spire Technologies as a QE Lead.

Chanchal Kumar attended the University of Rajasthan from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a B.E in Computer Science.
