Todd Crouse

Todd Crouse has extensive experience in performance engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as Team Lead Manager QE at Tractor Supply Company since February 2019. In this role, Todd spearheaded the development of the Center of Excellence and the Quality Engineering department, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks, while transitioning the QA team to an SDET model. Previously, Todd held various positions at M&T Bank, where efforts included rebuilding the performance testing department and increasing workload efficiency. Additional roles include performance engineering at SOASTA, and earlier positions at Omgeo, Bank of America, and Citi, where Todd defined best practices and developed solutions for performance testing. Educational qualifications include certifications in CloudTest and mPulse, as well as a BFA from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
