Kumar Shyamal

Kumar Shyamal has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Starting at Price Service as a Software Engineer, they then moved on to SigmaTree Technologies as a Software Engineer and IT Team Lead, Palindrome Software Labs Pvt Ltd as an IT Team Lead, IntrospeQt Software India Private Limited as an Application Architect, and finally Spire Technologies as Senior Director Of Engineering, Principal Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect, and Principal Member of Technical Staff. At Spire Technologies, they played a key role in developing a scalable and sustainable multi-tenant enterprise SaaS product, along with designing its micro-services based product architecture. Kumar has also led the architecture, design and development of Spire's flagship product suite Talentship, consisting of multiple products which are the main source of revenue streams for the organization. Kumar has also been responsible for driving product, technology and engineering innovation objectives aligned to the company's vision, strategy and business goals.

Kumar Shyamal completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya. No additional certifications have been reported.
