Hannah Potter

Hannah Potter is currently serving as the Executive Assistant in People Operations and Finance at Spire Motorsports since May 2024. In this role, Hannah manages calendars and schedules meetings for the CFO and Head of People Operations while also coordinating employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Hannah held the position of Senior Associate in Originations at Figure from June 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included client support, document reviews for KYC verification, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, and effectively triaging technical issues. Hannah's earlier experience includes a tenure at Regal Cinemas from March 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed training new employees, overseeing scheduling, and resolving customer and employee escalations. Hannah earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2022.
