Justin Smith

Justin Smith has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Chief Executive Officer at Spire Power Solutions since November 2019. Before that, they served as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Power Partners from April 2018 to October 2019, and as the Vice President of Operations from November 2017 to April 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they held the roles of General Manager from September 2015 to October 2017, and Director of Manufacturing and Packaging from October 2013 to September 2015. Justin also worked at Nexeo Solutions, LLC as the Manager of Lean Operations from October 2012 to October 2013. Starting in December 2009, they worked as the Director of Supply Chain at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Prior to that, they held various roles at Honeywell Aerospace from January 2007 to December 2009.

Justin Smith holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Expert Certification from Honeywell Aerospace in January 2008 and Six Sigma Green Belt from the same institution in August 2006.
