Wesley Farris

Wesley Farris has extensive work experience in various roles related to continuous improvement and supply chain management. Wesley started their career in 2002 at ASMO (Denso) as a Production Engineer and Total Industrial Engineer. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Logistics Supervisor and Production Control Supervisor at Toyota/Denso Automotive Compressor. In 2008, they joined Power Partners as the Director of Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they work at Spire Power Solutions as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement.

Wesley Farris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing from East Carolina University between 1995 and 2002. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Digital Communications from the same institution.
