Brendan McInnis

Brendan McInnis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brendan is currently the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Spire, a leading global provider of space-based data and analytics. Prior to this, they worked at MobileIron as the Senior Director of People, overseeing compensation, benefits, HRIS, and operations. Brendan also had experience as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Radford, an Aon Hewitt Company, and as the Director of HR & Finance at Tightrope Interactive, Inc. Brendan began their career as an Associate Consultant and Consulting Analyst at Mercer. Brendan's expertise includes compensation strategies, equity plan design, and HR business partnering.

Brendan McInnis earned an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2008, specializing in Strategy, Organizations (HR), and Decision Sciences (Statistics/Data Analysis). Brendan also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, Brendan attended the California Academy of Mathematics and Science (CAMS) from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they hold certifications from SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
