Gisela Thirakul

Gisela Thirakul has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gisela is currently an Enablement Manager at Spireon, where they focus on employee training and dealership programs. In their previous role as a Client IT Integrator at Robin Healthcare, they were responsible for installing and troubleshooting client devices and coordinating with IT administrators. Gisela also served as a National Sales Administrator/Systems Trainer at MobilityWorks, where they trained sales administrators and assisted with onboarding activities. Additionally, they worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician II at MobilityWorks, and a Junior IT Technician at California College San Diego. Before their career in IT, Gisela was a Human Resources Specialist and Surgical/Operation Room Specialist in the US Army. Gisela also has experience as a Network Operation Specialist at TexLink Communications.

Gisela Thirakul's education history begins in 1994 when they earned a high school diploma from Barstow High School in Barstow, California. In 2013, they attended Barton County Community College, where they studied business administration and management, but did not obtain a degree. From 2014 to 2016, Gisela attended California College San Diego, where they earned an Associate's Degree in computer science. Gisela then furthered their education at Grossmont College from 2017 to 2018, focusing on computer programming, specifically software and mobile applications development.

Additionally, Gisela Thirakul has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification Course from the PMI Chapter of San Diego. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn.
