Jeremy Collins worked at Spireon from 2015 to the present. Jeremy began as a Technical Support Lead from January 2015 to August 2017, where they provided frontline support and acted as a primary contact for field staff and end users, while also serving as a technical intermediary between tier 1 agents and Application Support. From August 2017 to January 2022, they worked as an Application Support Specialist, responding to and resolving complex internal and external escalation tickets, coordinating resolutions with other departments, and providing support and technical guidance to customer service representatives. In January 2022, they became a Customer Account Manager, and in July 2022, they transitioned into their current role as an Associate Sales Engineer. Prior to Spireon, Jeremy worked as a Tier 2 Consultant at Verizon Wireless from March 2012 to August 2014.
Jeremy Collins attended Orange Coast College from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies and obtained an Associate of Arts - AA. In May 2021, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute.
