Shalom Fuerst

Shalom Fuerst is an Associate Manufacturing Engineer at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, effective September 2022, specializing in business system insights, process flow expertise, and Design for Manufacturability during New Product Introduction. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Applied Materials, where Shalom contributed to high productivity systems and improvements in packaging designs. Additional experience at the University of Idaho included various part-time roles such as Teacher Assistant in Materials Science and Undergraduate Researcher focused on evaluating fatigue properties of aluminum alloys. Shalom holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Idaho and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Harare International School.
