Lauren Struszczak

Lauren Struszczak is an accomplished Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Exeter, leading a project on highbush blueberry supplementation for osteoarthritis pain and postoperative recovery. Additionally, Lauren participates in a randomised crossover trial focused on the wellbeing of malnourished elderly adults. Complementing academic roles, Lauren serves as an online Academic Tutor and Tutor in Physiology and Sport and Exercise Science through The Profs and Spires Online Tutoring. Previous experience includes the role of Scientific Officer at HQ Army Recruiting and Initial Training Command, and a PhD in Health from the University of Bath, where research focused on lifestyle and breast cancer risk.
