Chris Goin

Chris Goin has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Chris currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Spirit AeroSystems, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Quality at Spirit AeroSystems from July 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Spirit AeroSystems, Chris worked at Boeing, where they held various roles. From December 2020 to July 2022, they served as the Boeing Supply Chain Operations Leader onsite and Spirit Aerosystems. Chris also worked as the Global Supplier Recover-Senior Manager at Boeing from May 2019 to May 2022.

Prior to their time at Boeing, Chris worked at Avcorp Industries. Here, they held multiple positions, including Director from May 2017 to May 2022, Director of Supply Chain Management/PP&C from May 2017 to May 2022, and Director of Supply Chain Management from May 2017 to May 2019.

Chris's earliest experience in the industry was at Boeing, where they worked as the BCA Supplier Management Senior Manager, Operations Manager 787 -9/-10 ACFB from May 2016 to May 2017 and as the BCA Supplier Management Senior Manager, India Supplier Development and Performance from March 2014 to May 2016.

Before Boeing, Chris held the position of Senior Manager Field Operations - North America and UK. Chris led a team of field operations personnel, providing support in the Boeing supply chain. Chris held this role from July 2012 to December 2013. Prior to that, from April 2010 to July 2012, they were the Sr Manager Field Operations.

Chris Goin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Washington University from 1980 to 1984.
