Faizal Ariffin

Faizal Ariffin is an experienced professional with 17 years in project management, new product introduction (NPI), and research and development (R&D) within the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector and multinational corporations. Currently serving as an Airbus Program Manager at Spirit AeroSystems and a Career Coach at Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, Faizal has also been involved pro bono as an Industry Advisor for the Mechanical Engineering Faculty at the University of Malaya. Previously, Faizal held several project management positions at Airfoil Services, Honeywell, TRW, and Robert Bosch, delivering significant projects and achieving notable advancements in MRO capabilities and cost savings. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in Manufacturing from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
