Lorena Troiani

Lorena Troiani is a Senior Material and Processes Engineer at Spirit AeroSystems, with over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Since January 2008, Lorena has been responsible for the review and approval of critical aircraft drawings and qualifications across multiple aircraft families, including A350XWB, A380, and Boeing 747-8. Additionally, Lorena has supervised and supported the development of less experienced engineers and managed the provision of material and process specifications to ensure compliance with design and legislative requirements. Prior roles include positions as a Purchasing Engineer and Purchasing Coordinator in various companies, focusing on procurement, supplier management, and customer service. Lorena holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Simon Bolivar University and has completed a Cambridge First Certificate in English from Preston College.
