Mike Snider

Mike Snider has extensive experience in maintenance management within the aerospace and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Facilities Equipment Maintenance Manager at Spirit AeroSystems since 2005, Mike oversees a team of equipment maintenance technicians, managing labor, overtime, parts, and third-party budgets. Previously, Mike held the position of Maintenance Mechanic Team Leader, where responsibilities included daily communication of assignments and team training. From 1990 to 2005, Mike worked at Boeing as a Machinist Maintenance Specialist, maintaining a variety of aerospace production equipment. Earlier experience includes a role as a Maintenance Mechanic at IRI International (now National Oilwell Varco) from 1985 to 1990, focusing on the maintenance and repair of oilfield production machinery.
