Penelope Subotin

Penelope Subotin has a strong background in cybersecurity and IT management. Penelope is currently working as a Cybersecurity Principal at Spirit AeroSystems since 2024. Prior to that, they held various roles at STIGroup, starting as a Principal Consultant in 2010 and then becoming the Director of Cybersecurity Services. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing cybersecurity service offerings, including a 24x7 SOC, incident response, forensics, and breach investigations. Penelope also led high-profile client engagements dealing with regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and remediation management. Before joining STIGroup, Penelope worked as the Director of IT and General Manager at REGENT BUSINESS CENTERS from 1999 to 2010.
