Timothy Slipp

Timothy Slipp has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst at Spirit AeroSystems since March 2017, Timothy oversees the design, planning, tooling, and delivery of products, ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer requirements. Prior to this role, Timothy held various positions at Park Aerospace Corp., including Manufacturing Manager of Composite Parts and Director of Materials, where responsibilities encompassed managing production operations, directing procurement, and implementing custom Oracle systems. Timothy's leadership at Park Aerospace Structures Corp. as Vice President and General Manager involved expanding aerospace focus to composite structures, while earlier roles at Nelco Products, Inc. included Director of Logistics and Manufacturing Manager, showcasing a broad range of expertise in logistics, quality assurance, and continuous operations.
