Willie McClary is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and training across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Team Lead Manager at Nestlé Purina North America since May 2021 and as a First Level Manager at Spirit AeroSystems since October 2018, Willie also brings military expertise from the US Army, where roles have included Transport Specialist and Master Driver, focusing on the operation of Army vehicles and training new soldiers.
