Chantal Clement

Chantal Clement, MSHRM, currently serves as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Spirit Airlines since July 2021, following a progression from Senior Recruiter within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Florida International University - Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, where Chantal held roles such as Assistant Director of Admissions and College Recruiter from 2013 to 2021. Chantal began a career in human resources at QM Caribbean Ltd as Human Resources Manager from June 2010 to December 2012. Chantal holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management, both from Florida International University.
