Farah Hosein

Farah Hosein is an accomplished professional in HR systems and project management, with extensive experience in implementing and managing ERP solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager II of ERP Solutions at Spirit Airlines since February 2019, Farah has focused on change management processes between HR and IT and documentation maintenance. Prior roles include HRIS Analyst at Envision Physician Services, where collaboration with Payroll and IT teams improved data accuracy, and Senior Project Manager at Sutherland, overseeing resource planning for eSkills Integration. Earlier experience includes significant contributions to Oracle HR implementations across multiple countries at Alorica and functional support for KRONOS systems at the University of Miami.
