Scott Mueller

Scott Mueller is an accomplished operations and customer service professional with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as the General Manager of RSW Airport Operations for Spirit Airlines since March 2011, Scott manages all aspects of Fort Myers operations and also holds a role as a Quality Assurance Analyst and EIOSA Certified Auditor. Prior experience includes positions as International Station Manager at DAL Global Services, where significant operational improvements were achieved, and various roles at Midwest Airlines, culminating as General Manager. Scott is also an author, having written "The Empty Carousel," inspired by extensive personal experience in baggage services. Scott holds a Business Management certificate from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
