Currently serving as Head of Sales (On & Off Trade) at Spirit Cartel since October 2022, Matt previously held the position of Commercial Director at NIO Cocktails UK and worked at William Grant & Sons for over six years in various roles, including Business Account Manager and acting Head of UK Prestige. Matt's extensive experience includes strategic planning for luxury brand growth at Meta UK and a history of successful sales and marketing roles at Bacardi and Caspian Asset Management. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Film from the University of the West of England.
