Jack Richards

Jack Richards is an accomplished asset manager in the energy sector, currently serving as the Asset Manager for Energy Transition at Spirit Energy since December 2017. In this role, Jack leads the development of a significant carbon storage business and has successfully defined the strategic vision for the Morecambe Hub, resulting in a two-year life extension for the asset. Prior to this, Jack served in various roles including E&P Hedging & Risk Manager at Centrica, where management of multi-billion pound hedging portfolios took place, and Development Engineer at Unmanned Production Buoy Ltd, focusing on innovative offshore oil production systems. Jack's career commenced with a graduate role at Reckitt Benckiser and an industrial placement at R&A Energy, following the attainment of a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
