Neil Palmer is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CMIOSH) with over 25 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Risk & Assurance Adviser at Spirit Energy since September 2021, Neil has also held the position of Managing Consultant at N. Palmer Safety Consultants Ltd since 2007. Neil's extensive background includes significant roles such as Senior HSE Adviser at Fairfield Energy Limited, HSEQ Superintendent at Teekay, and various consultancy positions with notable companies including Engie, ConocoPhillips, CNR International, Maersk Oil, Wood, and Crescent. Areas of expertise encompass the development and management of HSE systems, operational support, contractor management, and risk assessments across diverse industry projects, both nationally and internationally.
