Sneha Scully

Sneha Scully is an accomplished professional in merchandise planning and allocation with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Merchandise Planning and Allocation at Spirit Halloween since December 2023, Sneha is also a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle. Prior to this, Sneha held various leadership roles at Christmas Tree Shops from 2005 to July 2023, progressing from Manager of Merchandise Planning to Vice President of Merchandise Planning. Sneha's career began at TJX as an Allocation Analyst/Merchandise Planner, followed by positions at Old Navy and Staples as a Merchandise Planner. Sneha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University, earned in 1998.
