Brian Willis

Brian Willis has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as Security Manager at Spirit Mountain Casino since 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing the Security, Valet, and Transportation departments and managing a team of 100-125 personnel. Willis held the position of Interim Security Director, contributing to the executive team, and previously worked as a Police Officer with the City of Salem Police Department. Earlier roles at Spirit Mountain Casino included Security Officer and Field Training Officer, and prior experience includes positions at various security and law enforcement agencies such as Northwest Protective Services, Polk County Sheriff's Office, and the United States Marine Corps. Brian Willis holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Western Oregon University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Chemeketa Community College.
