Scott Mode

Scott Mode is an experienced professional in management and organizational development, currently serving as the Organization Development & Trainer Manager at HR since May 2023. With a long tenure at Spirit Mountain Casino starting in August 1995, Scott has held various leadership roles, including Security Manager and Cage Operations Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Payless Drug Store from June 1990 to July 1995 and as a Store Manager at JJ Newberry's from May 1985 to May 1990. Scott's educational background includes an Associate's degree from Chemeketa Community College and graduation from Roseburg High School.
