Jon Singer

Jon Singer is an accomplished music industry executive with extensive experience in financial leadership. Currently serving as Chairman and COO/CFO at Spirit Music Group since September 2011, Jon also holds the title of Founding Managing Partner at Lyric Capital Group since January 2019. Previously, Jon served as CFO of the Decca Label Group at Universal Music Group from 2001 to December 2011, and held the position of Controller at Palm Pictures from 2000 to 2001. Earlier career roles include Director of Finance at Island Def Jam Music Group from 1997 to 2000 and Auditor/Tax at David Berdon LLP from 1992 to 1997. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rowan University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
