Alan le Vouédec

Alan Le Vouédec has extensive experience in real estate and project management, currently serving as Directeur de programmes at SPIRIT since September 2021, focusing on managed real estate in hospitality and service residences in France. Prior to this role, Alan worked at Groupe ACAPACE from October 2017 to September 2021 as Responsable de programmes, overseeing various senior housing projects and managing the complete lifecycle from permit acquisition to delivery. Alan's earlier experience includes roles at Wavestone, where Alan was involved in organization consultancy for real estate, and at Bouygues Construction, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and overseeing construction projects. Alan holds a degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering from Icam and studied at the Technology University of the Shannon.
